Framework-agnostic — the underlying patterns are the same, so I move between React, Vue, Angular and Svelte easily.
Summary (no tech background needed)
I'm a full-stack engineer who leads products end-to-end — from a blank page to real, paying users — building the backend (Node.js, Python/FastAPI), the frontend, and apps that run on web, phone and desktop from a single project (using tools like Capacitor and Ionic). I'm proactive by default: on every team I've joined, I end up owning the hard technical calls and building the tools nobody asked for but everyone needed. That includes a small fleet of AI agents I built myself — one adapts and translates content for search engines, one drafts marketing creatives and articles, one tests every feature and writes its own documentation, and one runs social media on its own using browser automation. I write tests before the code (TDD/BDD) and spec things out before I build (SDD), and I've packaged my own workflow into reusable skills for AI coding assistants — Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Devin — so I ship fast, with or without a team around me.
What I can do for you
- Lead a product end-to-end, not just write code. I take initiative — spotting what needs to be built before I'm asked, owning the architecture and the decisions, and driving things from idea to a shipped feature.
- Build a product from scratch and ship it. Give me an idea or a design — I write the backend (Node.js or Python/FastAPI), build the screens, set up payments, put it online, and keep it running. No handoffs, no gaps.
- Make one app work everywhere. Web browser, iPhone, Android and desktop from one shared project — cheaper and faster to maintain ("cross-platform," using tools like Capacitor and Ionic).
- Build AI agents that do real work. Not just chatbots — agents that adapt and translate content for SEO, draft creatives and articles, test features and write their own documentation, or run social media on their own.
- Speak business, not jargon. I translate technical limits into plain language and turn rough feedback into working features.
What I've actually built
- A full software-as-a-service product, solo, end to end — web app + native Android app, payments, AI features. Real, paying users.
- A fleet of AI agents doing real production work — one adapts and translates content for SEO, one drafts marketing creatives and articles, one tests every feature and writes deep-wiki-style documentation automatically, and one runs social media on its own using stealth-browser automation.
- Complex AI agent systems in production — features connected to OpenAI, Claude and Gemini with a smart-search layer (Qdrant) so the AI answers using real data, not guesses.
- A product that runs as 5+ different versions from one codebase — standalone web app, Monday.com add-on, Salesforce app, Atlassian apps, and mobile.
- Reusable spec-driven workflows (SDD/TDD/BDD) and skills for AI coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Devin — that speed up how I, and other teams, ship. See Open Source below.
- Internal tools that cut repetitive manual work by ~40% for QA, dev and hiring teams.

github.com/VaiYav/speckit-product-forge
My own open-source "Spec-Driven Development" framework, built on top of GitHub's Spec Kit. It forces every feature through a short, structured spec first, then drives AI coding agents — Claude Code, Codex, Windsurf, Devin and others — through TDD/BDD-style scaffolding, tests and a first pass of code against that spec, so teams ship faster, with fewer bugs and real documentation from day one. I dogfooded it on my own product and used it to accelerate feature work at my day job.

AI Integration Consultant · Independent (3 clients)
2025 – Present
Helping product teams add AI without the hype. I design AI adoption roadmaps, build internal AI agents for dev teams (automated code review, documentation, planning helpers), and advise on agent architecture, RAG and cost control.
Full-Stack Engineer · AI-powered consumer platform, 100k+ users
2025 – Present
Built real AI features and agent flows connected to OpenAI, Claude and Gemini with a vector-search layer. Shipped native iOS & Android apps from one codebase (Capacitor). Made the app 36% faster to load, moved the project to strict TypeScript, and set up automated testing so broken code can't reach users.
Senior Frontend Developer & Feature Owner · Oboard — B2B goal-setting (OKR) software
2022 – 2025 (~4 yrs)
Owned a whole product area from idea to launch; talked directly with C-level executives. Primary reviewer on every frontend change, shipped the product inside Monday.com, Salesforce, Jira and Confluence, integrated payments, and built internal tools that cut manual work by ~40%.
Frontend Developer (Vue.js / React) · ITOMYCH Studio, AnyforSoft, IT Svit, Codica, QPARD
2017 – 2022
5+ years shipping web products for startups and agencies — the foundation behind the full-stack and product work above.
